| Whatever Happened To Actor Wil Wheaton

Actor Wil Wheaton was best known for his
role on the Sci-Fi series "Star Trek: The Next Generation" as Wesley Crusher.
He started his acting career in Jello commercials at age seven, but his
career really took of after his performance in the movie "Stand By Me."
At age age 19 he made a major decision to leave his acting career and pursue
other ventures. He moved to Kansas and worked for a computer company
doing digital film editing for almost a year.
In 1994, he moved back to Los Angeles from
Kansas and met his future wife, Anne Price, while taking acting courses
to rejuvenate his acting career. Nine months later she and her two
sons, Ryan, 12, and Nolan 10 moved into Wheaton's home. "Wil was like,
"Yea! Instant family!" says Anne. Wheaton, now set to return as his
former character Wesley in the upcoming Star Trek movie, Nemesis, due out
later this fall. |
