It is a bunch of people who cannot get it together academically on a personal basis. They figure that if they pull together their collective reasoning, however limited that might be, and give each other ideas they might be able to succeed. Indeed you now understand that they are losers uniting. It is like the Goth kids at school sometimes associating with the skateboarders or the emo kids. They try to form a union of losers more or less. Congrats Shara. I hope that you are doing well finding a job. Not that it is very likely if that is your real photo. Your parents must be so proud.

My guess is it is a group of people who have finished their classes, studies, etc for their degree but have yet to complete their dissertation.
