    I had a Kiwi tell me that Boxing day is when you put your old toys into the boxes your new Christmas presents came in and then you take them to an orphanage.

    And here in England. Boxing day is the day after christmas. Do you not have it in the US? your missing out.A day for the kids to decide their bored of their day-old toys.

    Boxing Day originated in the United Kingdom, hence its celebration in most of the Commonwealth Nations.

    Boxing day originated in England which is why Canada and Australia have Boxing day. Their still associated with England where as the USA broke all ties.
