Sounds to me like they are not operating a Socialistic Economy/Government like the USA is. I am happy to hear there are still countries regardless of their size who uphold the values of work. Unfortunately the USA is not one of them. They have formed a more perfect union of handouts to ensure domestic tranquaility and provide for the homeless and promote unemployment and food stamps.

This landlocked tiny country has a temperate climate with snowy and cold winters. There are no homeless people, like Alaska - you either work or you die.
