Just because the dont enforce the law does not mean it doesnt exist. In Oklahoma pigs cant wear a hat or ride in the front seat on Sunday, but seriously I have never seen a cop looking for this kind of criminal activity.

Given my experience of France, there are an awful lot of criminals on their railways. And I always thought the French went in for romantic hullo's and goodbye's.
