No one should be punished for preaching. Whatever it is,it's not like this person has committed anything bad to be jailed,it depends on the people who listen to what's being preached,and do so,if bad,then yes a punishment should be held,but if it based on ones on point of view,and others way of dealing with things,then I dont see why one should be punished for that.
