Whatever it is,it's not like this person has committed anything bad to be jailed,it depends on the people who listen to what's being preached,and do so,if bad,then yes a punishment should be held,but if it based on ones on point of view,and others way of dealing with things,then I dont see why one should be punished for that.

By Anonymous 386 Days AgoWithout meaning to sound nitpicky John Bunyan actually preached in the 1600s (he lived from 1628-1668) and was imprisoned for preaching *without a licence*.
