    the people of what was to become Scotland that used a blue coloring(wode)to decorate their bodies with pictures were NOT Celts at all. they were Picts. The name comes from the latin "Pictus" meaning pictures. According to my informatio, as a people they dissapeared so long ago that there is no real way of knowing if the decorations were tatoos or merely a dye. A. Stone

    Celts are those from Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, Cornwall(in England),Brittany in North France and a small part of North Spain
